Shipping Details

  • All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of order confirmation.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid to be processed.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. We will share tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.


Order Confirmation & Cancellations

  1. All orders are confirmed only once full payment has been successfully received.
  2. If you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately via Instagram DM or email at roohweclothing@gmail.com. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

Quality Control & Defects

  • Every garment is hand-checked for quality before dispatch to minimize the chance of any defects.
  • If you do receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with video proof of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you.


Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You inform us within 48 hours of delivery via our email.
  • The garment is unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Once approved via email, we will share the return address with you.
  • You will need to courier the item back to us. After a quick quality check, we’ll process your request.
